Delivery is free to EU countries. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive 8–9 days after you order.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. For change-of-mind returns you cover the return shipping and we refund you in full. We don't swap colours on change-of-mind returns: return it and place a new order.
If it arrives damaged or doesn't work, you get a free return label and a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How does it open and close?
Press the button on the handle and the canopy opens by itself. Press it again and it closes. It is fully automatic, so you can do it with one hand.
Does it protect from the sun?
Yes. The canopy is 190T nylon with a black coated inner panel that reduces sun exposure, so it works as a sun umbrella as well as a rain umbrella.
Is it windproof?
It is built to resist strong wind: the three-fold frame has reinforced ribs for stability in sudden gusts. As with any umbrella, a severe storm can still damage it.
Can I attach it to a backpack or bag?
Yes. The handle is a ring-buckle loop that clips onto a backpack strap or bag handle, or hangs on a hook.
How big is it?

Is there a warranty?
We don't offer an extra warranty, but you have the full two-year legal guarantee under EU and Polish law: if the umbrella turns out to be faulty, you can ask for a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible. If it arrives damaged or doesn't work, we send a free return label straight away.
How do I look after it?
After rain, leave it open to dry before folding it away. Wipe the canopy with a damp cloth if it gets dirty.
